WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE

We are fortunate to have owned Golden Retrievers for over thirty years - we
are proud to have the 'Riverdance' affix in Ireland and in the United
Kingdom. Riverdance Golden Retrievers live with us in beautiful County
Kerry, Ireland. Our Goldens, are all 'house dogs' and are bred for type and
temperament as pets and show dogs. All of our dogs are BVA hips and eye
tested and have better than the breed average hip scores.
We are delighted to welcome you to our site and hope you enjoy your visit.
Please note: We no longer breed puppies nor offer stud dog services |

Happy 3rd Birthday to
George
Delighted to congratulate George on
his third birthday, here are two images taken 10th October 2002, here he is
showing the quality of his breeding, although still immature he is a good
looking Birthday Boy!
(see his pedigree here)
Below this typifies George such a silly lad always twisting himself into
impossible positions - he'll grow out of it ............. one day!!

Farewell to
Riverdance Dry Martini
In October we had to say our goodbyes to our
Kirk (Riverdance Dry Martini) he was our last
home bred dog, he was the first born from a litter
of six from Delia. Kirk was the most loving, happy,
bright boy who loved being with his people playing
ball and visiting our local beach. He never took to
the show ring, unlike his brother Max, preferring
to chill at home - following one of his favourite
pastimes - 'eating!'. He is at rest next to his two
brothers, Max and Neb, and his mother under
the apple trees. Since settling in Ireland in 1998
we have had to part with eleven Riverdance
goldens - all buried in our garden. Sleep well Kirk
- thank you for allowing us to share your long and
happy life. |
